Lester is primarily involved in land development engineering and municipal infrastructure improvements.  Capabilities include hydraulic analysis of major storm drainage systems, using Corps of Engineers HEC1, HEC2 and HEC-Ras computer modeled flood studies, sanitary sewer models and computer modeling of water piping networks and storage tanks.  He is also responsible for the design of street, water, sanitary sewer and storm drain plans and for the design of drainage facilities, including Detention and Retention Basins.  Lester has been involved in the layout, planning and design of residential, commercial and industrial subdivisions for approximately 40 years, which includes approximately 1,100 new development projects or extensions of existing ones.

Lester is in charge of all of Landmark's field and office surveying functions including control, boundary, topographic and construction surveying.  Landmark Engineering currently uses GPS to perform the field measurements for the survey projects.

Lester is a Vietnam Veteran (1969-1970) and holds an honorable discharge from the United States Army.
